Okinawa Vocational School LIFE Jr. College is extremely diligent in its efforts to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus (COIV19). The school has incorporated numerous policies and procedures in its efforts.
For any additional information regarding LIFE Jr. College and its efforts to stop the spread of the coronavirus, please contact the school directly at 098-867-2811 Monday through Friday 9 AM till 5:30 PM. Or, please email your inquiries to email@example.com.
At LIFE Jr. College, all faculty and staff, students, and guests are required to wear facial masks while in the school. Wearing a facial mask is not only used to protect oneself but to also protect each other. Facial masks have been proven to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. Let’s all help to stop the spread of COVI-19.
Additionally, upon arrive to LIFE Jr. College, all faculty and staff, students, and visitors are required to have their temperatures checked (and recorded) and/or if they exhibit any symptoms of illness. Those with high temperatures and/or are showing signs of illness will not be permitted to enter at the school. Those with high temperatures or showing signs of illness advise to stay at home and/or seek medical care.
Furthermore, upon arrival to LIFE Jr. College, all faculty and staff, students and visitors are required to disinfect their hands with alcohol sanitizer. Sanitizing hands with alcohol and/or washing hands often is commonly known to help stop the spread of COVID-19. People are also advised to reframe from touching their face.
LIFE Jr. College uses disinfecting sanitizers (both gels and sprays) with a high alcohol content (generally 70%). Numerous dispensers of alcohol sanitizers are positioned throughout the school including – but not limited to – the main entrance and all classrooms. Students, faculty and staff, and visitors are strongly encouraged to sanitize and/or wash their hands often and to reframe from touching their face.
When a classroom is in use, windows and doors are required to be opened to allow for cross ventilation. Cross ventilation is an effective means of reducing the transmission of the coronavirus as well as other airborne diseases.
Also, humidifiers are used in all classrooms at LIFE Jr. College. It is said by many specialists that the water particles from humidifiers may be able to attract the droplets of airborne diseases such as the coronavirus.
LIFE Jr. College will continue in its efforts to help protect its students, faculty and staff, and guests. All students, faculty and staff are also strongly encouraged to exercise caution outside of school as well.
We apologize for any inconveniences that these measures may cause. However, LIFE Jr. College is committed to stopping the spread of the coronavirus not only on campus but throughout the community of Okinawa.
